We are currently at a good amount of Jounin+ Ranked Members with only 1 Genin. So for a while, we will only be accepting Genin & Chuunin Ranked Profiles. Jounin+ Ranks will be re-opened Once we have more lower ranks. However, Missing-Nin will still be allowed until further noticed, if only Missing-Nin are being proposed because of this, then after 2 or 3 in a row, Missing-Nin profiles will be closed as well.
